Sumatra has a reputation of putting out coffee with herbaceous, earthy and somewhat vegetal characteristics. Our decaffeinated Sumatran coffee goes under the Swiss Water process.

With this roast, we get a beautiful harmony of nutty sweetness and rich, earthy undertones, leaving standard "chemical decaf" taste in the dust. With this bean, you won’t be able to tell that you’re drinking decaf coffee at all.
